Do you have a QR code for Bank transfer or GCash? How do I upload my proof of payment?

Yes, you may save the photo below, crop which QR code you wish to use and upload it to your bank's mobile app.

If you’re unable to deposit via GCash, kindly transfer via our other payment channels instead.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location.

Do you accept pick-ups?
Pick-up details are sent 1-2 days after order date unless otherwise stated. Customers arrange their own pick-up either through a 3rd party courier or self pick-up

Do you ship internationally?

Orders & Exchanges

What is your size exchange policy?
We accept exchange in size within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please note that exchange shipping fees are care of the customer.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Fit note: Our Mary Js are generally true to size, but they do run slightly slim on the top. Because they're made with soft velvet cloth, the fit still has a bit of give and comfort, even for wider feet.

If you’re in between sizes or have wide feet, we recommend sizing up for the best fit.
